Fabbioli Cellars is a small, family owned and operated vineyard and winery. We focus on growing and making high quality red wines using traditional methods and 21st century knowledge. Tours are by chance only, as we do not offer scheduled tours. However we do offer "Vineyard walk abouts" Where customer's are welcomed to walk through our vineyard when confrimed by Fabbioli Cellars retail staff.

Tasting Room hours are 11am to 5pm Thursday through Monday, or by appointment.
Tasting costs are $5.00 per person and consist of a tasting through 8 different wines ranging in styles from white to red and dry to sweet. Tastings include crackers, water and cheese samples, as well as a friendly educated tasting staff to help guide you through your tasting.
Reservations are recommended for groups above 8. Fabbioli Cellars holds reservations at 11:00am and 12:30pm only. Groups above 15 will be hosted at an outdoor location. Reserved tastings are $10.00 per person and include a tasting of 8 different wines and includes crackers, water, educated tasting staff and a take home wine glass.
We also offer "Something Special" A private tasting with one of our wine educators accompanied by light fare and souvenir wine glass. "Something Special" is by appointment only and for groups no larger than 6 people. If you want "Something Special" for your wine conscience group please contact Fabbioli Cellars to schedule your special date and time. $20 per person. Allow 45 minutes to 1 hour for this experience.
By Chance we also have "Pick your own" Red Raspberries. $3.00 for one till or $30.00 for a flat (12 tills). Contact Fabbioli Cellars for picking availability.

2009 2009 Rosa Luna Vintage - Blends - Rose
Retail Price: $17.00
100% Sangiovese grapes, fermented in Stainless steel preserving a crisp acidity, balanced by huge red berry fruit and highlighted with notes of cranberry. This wine pairs well with poultry, white fleshy fish and herb based rubs and sauces.
