The first ever Malibu Ice wine! This Semler Dessert wine contains late harvest Viognier and Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Semler estate in the Saddle Rock – Malibu AVA that were flash frozen for 10 days and then slow pressed for over 20 hours. This wine has a nose of candied pecan and brioche with core flavors of apricot and wild honey on the palate. With a residual sugar of 14%, this wine is a perfect liqueur. Only 220 cases were produced, so be sure to enjoy our ice wine before it is sold out.
